In 2023, Spike's artistic focus leaned heavily into the three-dimensional realm. A wooden orange piece fixed on 5 trees for the Open Air exhibition. The self-standing “Pure” sculpture for the No Church in the Wild exhibition, and the sliding and hanging elements for the IKO project. The painted linear pieces for Ligne(s) an Florence also have a 3-dimensional touch to them, so that this 3D touch was quite consistent in ’23.
